Definitely one of the strengths of ICS is its fine arts department. Consisting of seven dedicated and enthusiastic teachers, the department touches the lives of almost every student at ICS. Whether they are learning to play Orff® Instruments in elementary music or enhancing their portfolio as seniors, students at ICS are thriving artistically.

The Facilities
Completed in January of 2005, the Performing Arts Center boasts a 600+ seat auditorium complete with rigging systems, workshop, backstage dressing rooms, and a lighting/sound control room. The ground floor houses the band rehearsal room, the choral rehearsal room, three practice rooms, two offices, and a music library.

In addition to the PAC, ICS also has art rooms in each of the schools and two music rooms in the elementary building.
