**This 2% discount is applied only when paying the full tuition. The 3rd and subsequent children who gets any deduction, such as tuition assistance, is not qualified for this 2%. For installment plan, this 2% discount will be deducted from the outstanding balance of the last payment.

Payment Plans

1. Up-Front Pay Plan is due July 15, 2010. After we verify with the bank that it is posted on ICS's bank account on or before July 15, 2010, a check for the discount at 2% of payment due will be sent to the parent by the end of August.
2. Semester Plan is due July 15, 2010 for the first semester and December 15, 2010 for the second semester.  There is no service fee added for the second payment.
3. Quarterly Plan is due July 15, 2010, September 15, 2010, December 15, 2010, and February 15, 2011. The third and fourth payments have a 2% service fee added, calculated on the unpaid balance.

Parents must declare their intended payment plan in the Re-enrollment Form.

Method of Payment
Pay tuition & fees through any branches of the following banks; Bangkok Bank, CIMB Thai Bank, and Siam Commercial Bank. Invoice(s) will be prepared according to the pay plan you declare in the Re-enrollment Form and these will be mailed to the address you declare on the Re-enrollment Form that you sent back to the school.

Late Entrance
When a child enters school after ten (10) school days have passed, the tuition is calculated on the number of school days remaining times the daily rate of tuition.

Early Withdrawal
The ICS Notice of Withdrawal is required ten (10) school days prior to date of withdrawal. Tuition is refundable. The amount of refund is based on the daily rate of tuition times the number of remaining school days, less 10% fee for early withdrawal. There is no refund for early withdrawal after April 30.

Unclaimed Refunds
Any refunds not claimed within three (3) months of leaving ICS are forfeited to the school.

Transportation
You must arrange transportation for your own children.  One possibility is Montri Transportation Co. (Tel. 02-517-9203-5). ICS does not benefit from Montri fees in any way.
